Yum Thai in Dublin

05/03/2024: Service from Josh was 10/10 although he had accidentally charged 5€ too much (which is an understandable mistake as I was using the app) to my suprise the manager beraded Josh infront of myself and other customers for this, this type of behavior undoubtedly made myself and others feel uncomfortable and as if we were in a hostile environment I can only imagine how Josh and other staff feel working with her! Food was lovely and made very quickly. Manager was polite to me when I asked for sauce but to be a manger you need to be polite to staff and customers alike. Fantastic service from Josh who handled the situation well.

20/01/2024: Had some really good food here but giving 2 stars for the customer service. The lady working at the collection service called mis-spelled my name a few times which I did not recognize and when she read the order out loud, was able to find it was mine.. But the bad part is she just slides the food to us with an attitude like we made a great mistake.
