A cocktail bar like you'd dream of. Nice, quiet ambiance, pleasant music, polite bartenders. The bar is a bit hidden, it was quiet, and it definitely deserves more visitors. Fair prices, good service, and first-class signature cocktails.

13/01/2026: The lovely Dayna served me today. Always make it to this Supermacs when in Waterford. Great location (near the hospital) and free parking too. Clean forecourt and friendly staff.
18/12/2025: Got a Pizza for my girls here as a sneaky treat when we went to Waterford for the weekend, they were absolutely slammed busy ( always a good sign) but when we went back to collect order food was beautiful, no cut corners just because they were busy. It was my girls first time ever trying PAPA JoHNs and they loved it. Well done , keep up the great work.
