Zanzibar in Waterford

Spent a night in Waterford about 3 weeks ago. Went into Zanzibar for pre-dinner drinks and just had to go back for a nightcap after dinner!! What a find… superb cocktails beautifully presented by extremely pleasant, attentive staff. The decor and perfectly dimmed lighting gave the place an exotic feel. Can’t wait to return.

The very best cocktails in Waterford. Knowledgeable owners and carry good whiskeys. Reccomend.

We went here for a drink before dinner. The cocktails were lovely and really fresh. However we waited 30 minutes for our drinks. The service was extremely slow and it took just as long to serve beers. It was also very cold inside.
