Zest in

In queue in Zest Shannon this morning . Very long queue . One gentleman on his own inside the counter. He is making heated wraps, restocking goods,making coffees and taking the payments. He is doing a tremendous job on his own and very professional and polite to everyone. Certainly more staff needed in Shannon. Food was fine but the queue too long .
