The staff knew exactly what gluten free is. They have pre-prepared and packaged sandwiches. They would serve gluten free desserts separately and cover them separately. When placing the gluten free desserts, they changed their gloves, packed them on another counter and served them. The food was delicious. I definitely recommend it to anyone who needs gluten free dishes. It's rare to find staff at the airport who understands what gluten free is.
