Food was delicious. Asst Mgr Jack was a jerk after he brought us food we didn’t order and then accused us of scamming. Won’t return to Dundrum but may visit other locations.

We had a lovely evening yesterday in Zizis , Dundrum. The food was delicious and our server, Julie was so helpful. We were a big group and Julie went out of her way to make it a great experience for us. We will definitely be coming back.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience here! From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed, asked about any dietary requirements, and given menus straight away. We were told about the free garlic bread available through a QR code, and also served some tasty grilled chips to start with. The restaurant itself is beautiful and has such a cozy, inviting atmosphere. Our server, Shane, was excellent: attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect without ever rushing us. The food was outstanding! The flavors were rich, bold, and didn’t need anything extra. I had the pancetta chicken risotto and my friend ordered the truffle & pancetta carbonara. Both dishes matched their descriptions perfectly and were full of flavor, high-quality, and cooked to perfection. The garlic bread deserves a special mention – it actually tasted strongly of garlic, which is rare to find in Ireland, and I’ll definitely order it as a side next time. We’re usually quite picky when it comes to taste, but this meal was a perfect balance of quality and value. This was my first time visiting, and I’ll definitely be coming back – and most likely ordering delivery as well. Highly recommend if you’re looking for full, flavorful dishes in a lovely setting with excellent service.

me and my friends went for a nice dinner out, got 2 margarita pizzas and 1 half margarita half pepperoni, with a portion of fries. we ate 2 pizzas and the chips and asked for another pizza! there were so delish definitely will be coming back for more! very friendly staff too ! loved the experience.

So I hate the chain restaurants and avoid them always. But the sister in law booked this after a trip to Minecraft with the kids. I was very pleasantly surprised! The wagu pizza was exceptional. The staff were fantastic for both the kids and the adults. Doubt I'll be back but they do deserve credit for doing something well!
