17/10/2025: I recently ordered from Billy's Grill and Restaurant and while the food was very nice, I was quite disappointed with the service from the two girls working at the front of house. They were very ignorant, bad-mouthing other staff members, cursing, and swearing. There was no politeness at all—no please or thank you. When I called to order, I wasn’t even greeted properly; instead of a friendly “hello, this is Billy’s Grill,” I was just met with a curt “yes,” which felt quite rude. Overall, the food was good, but the attitude and service from those two staff members really let the experience down.

16/10/2025: I ordered the Spicy Box for delivery, and it was absolutely amazing! The food was delicious, perfectly seasoned, and full of flavor. The delivery was super fast, and the meal arrived hot and fresh. Highly recommend this restaurant — great taste and excellent service!

30/09/2025: Phone orders. Always a long wait and hope that the order is correct when it arrives.

23/08/2025: We had a very good experience in supermacs carlow I felt I had to write this. The staff are very friendly, went out of their way to help us. We had 3 children with us and nothing was a problem to the staff. I hope the staff who were working today 23rd of August 25 see this. They really know how to treat their customers. Thank you very much.
