03/01/2025: Exceptionally bad service, one particular member of staff was so rude and aggressive. Made accusations of me using bad language, which was completely untrue, after querying why I was still waiting for my food for over an hour. He was doing so purely for the benefit of his colleagues. No food is worth such abuse.
01/01/2025: I was trying to find out where my order was I ordered delivery. The man was very unclear due to his accent and when I asked for him to repeat himself he said "oh mah god man" and proceeded to hang up on me. I've been waiting 2 hours for my food. I am very upset cuz I'm a woman and he called me a MANNN. customer service here doesn't even apply to mid. It's abolishing, astonishing, shock worthy , absolutely disgraceful.
I even have the voice recording captured when a friend was taking a video.
