06/11/2024: One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Loved it and will be back.
28/10/2024: Food was excellent but lift not working and older people had to climb up three floors. Shocking. Able to use leisure centre, pay on arrival, but not as promised by hotel refunded with money, but voucher to spend in bar. Absolute con.
