Highly priced and food is not worth the price.
Curry sauce was charged very high. Spice bag has very small portion of chicken, no flavour and lot of chips.
Better Chinese options available in Letterkenny.

31/01/2025: Avoid. We have been regular customers of Shangri La for years! The entire family have been loyal customers and regularly order at least once per month.
Called to request a refund for 2 items for the first time ever, as they were not the quality we are usually used to. The result was a denial of any form of refund or voucher for the food.
Super disappointed to be turned upon like this by a restaurant we used to love so much.
02/01/2025: Prefer for lunch and dinner with a friend and couples, can have some drinks as well,,

15/12/2024: Tried to order a takeaway to Malin Head and got told that it was too windy to make a delivery. I have never heard such an outright stupid excuse to avoid making service.Will not be ordering from here again because of this. Which is a shame, because the food is actually fantastic.

04/02/2025: I was very disappointed when I tried the special rice, black beans and chicken soup, which was acceptable as in any Asian restaurant. But I cannot understand how they can make such a bad special rice... just rice with stuff and dry. I think a divorced father who after 25 years of marriage faces the challenge of cooking for himself would have done a hundred times better. The black bean was "nieh...". The delivery man was very nice by the way.
12/01/2025: Lovely cosy restaurant which is nicely decorated . Food was very good however slightly on the pricier side for sitting in . Staff were friendly . We visited during a quiet time so it was only us in the restaurant. Lovely and peaceful. Will definitely visit again .

18/09/2024: The tofu in the spice bag is literally rotten and unsafe to eat. I've had expired tofu before and it tastes exactly like that and it's pink. The chips were undercooked, had to put it in the air fryer. €9 is a lot for rotten food and undercooked food.

25/07/2024: Awful chicken cremated couldn't eat it waste of money , gravy chip tastless wouldn't be back staying in kees hotel , tried it on our 1st visit thought it was a one off but nothing compared to tonight takeaway wild

27/09/2024: Excellent food I am a regular now ,never ever gets orders wrong .And very polite with perfect English everything ready rapidly even with huge orders never have to wait, very good incredible prices like no other even if on a budget and huge helpings every time .
