24/12/2025: I got takeaway for me and my family of six and the food was nasty. The chips ans curry were mixed together with the rice and it was disgusting. The spring rolls had some type of things in it and it smelled disgusting . The chicken balls were dry and it's was all just nasty. The chips were dry and tasted like they had been out on the table since earlier that morning. Trust me never get takeaway from here. We spent €109 on everything. This was such a scam. This was all leftover food I don't know why they would hand it out.

22/12/2025: We ordered delivery. At first it said we had to pick it up instead of it being delivered. We ordered a mega box so it took an hour which was fine. We replaced the rips with chicken balls and the rips were in the box. There actually were no chicken balls becuase there was chicken wings instead. We called to confirm that we were getting a delivery and to confirm we were replacing the ribs with chicken balls but they didn’t do anything and gave us the original box. We ordered sauce and also didn’t get it. Food was good but wouldn’t order again

02/01/2026: We ordered food for eight people and we collected it. When we got home one meal was missing.We accepted that was a genuine mistake and drove back to collect it. The lady was apologetic and all was good. However the meals were very disappointing. The chips were cold, the chicken was bland and it was like rubber. The Massaman Curry had very little sauce. The satay was stodgy and it had no taste of peanut. In my opinion the food was reheated. It was an awful meal ! We rang up to complain and we spoke to Flow who said she would pass on our complaint to the Manager. We never heard anything back. Our family and extended family were good customers of Jade Palace but we'll never be ordering here again.

02/01/2026: I got the meal for one. Got beef curry fried rice and asked for extra onions. The curry sauce is like water, the tray had more onions than anything in it and the small bit of beef that is in it burnt. Wouldn't recommend
