I am deeply disappointed by my recent experience with Dragon Palace, a restaurant that was once my family's favorite. We ordered food for what was supposed to be a special celebration, but it turned into a nightmare.
First off, the food took over 90 minutes to arrive. By the time it finally did, it was stone cold, barely edible, and far from the quality we used to enjoy. The delay and the poor condition of the food completely ruined our evening.
To make matters worse, when I contacted the restaurant, I had to argue just to get my money back. The customer service was shockingly unprofessional, adding insult to injury.
I will never order from Dragon Palace again. They’ve lost a loyal customer, and I can’t believe how quickly they went from being a family favorite to an absolute disaster. If you’re considering ordering from here, think twice—you might end up with a ruined night like I did.

10/01/2025: Hands down the best Chinese takeaway around. The food is always fresh, with generous portions, and the prices are still very reasonable, especially compared to other places in town now with 2025 pricing. They Always include extra items just in case there are any delays, which is a nice touch. Highly recommend!
10/01/2025: Takeaway was lovely. Huge portions and lovely staff. We get delivery from here very regularly. Only once was there ever a mistake and they were so accommodating about it.
