29/12/2024: Very bad service. Ordered online because they wouldn’t answer the phone. Was told the wait would be 45 minutes after I had already paid. An hour later food eventually arrived. Absolute disaster.
20/10/2024: The wait time exceeded any functioning restaurant. I waited 15 minutes past the collection time given.
Customers who were placing orders whilst I waited were given times exceeding 1 hour. These were not delivery times.
