20/10/2024: The wait time exceeded any functioning restaurant. I waited 15 minutes past the collection time given. Customers who were placing orders whilst I waited were given times exceeding 1 hour. These were not delivery times.

13/09/2024: Ordered simple meal for one. Regardless of how you order, online, phone, delivery or collection, always left waiting way longer than they say. This time was over an hour standing in the shop and no one came near me to tell me anything about my order. When I finally asked I was given the order almost immediately. No name on the bag and food lukewarm so it was probably sitting in the kitchen and no one knew who it belonged to. Very bad system. While waiting they were telling other customers their food would be 30 minutes while I stood there waiting for an hour. Won't be ordering again for a while.
