06/09/2026: Travelled from roscrea, they read out the correct order & gave the wrong one. Rang us when just home to come back that they made a mistake. Made it clear we wanted FRESH food made. Got there and the handed us the food that had been sitting there for 30mins. Stone cold. Wouldn't cook fresh or give a refund and we were told to leave. The then took the wrong order back off us that was sitting around for over and hour and stapled the correct order to it and put it back in hot box. Absolutely disgusting carry on, this is how food poisoning happens. AVOID this place completely. Absolute disgrace 🤢🤮

16/06/2026: We’ve been eating from here for years and continued to do so when the new owners took over. We’ve noticed a decline in quality. Several times we’ve had to throw away chicken dishes. The final straw happened at the weekend. Practically raw prawns. A disaster waiting to happen. We also noticed that they’re regularly requesting that we pay in cash even though their card machine is working? We continued to pay by card.
