20/10/2024: Fantastic food, but they can sometimes forget to put all the food in the takeaway bag. When you live 7 miles away, you're not going to head back for the missing item.
06/10/2024: Absolutely fabulous dining experience, beautiful food, fantastic service, very friendly, smiley, helpful staff, relaxing atmosphere, authentic decor, toilets are spotless and very well serviced. Would recommend this restaurant to anyone. 10/10

30/10/2024: Overpriced to say the least!! Especially for what you get, never again. Didn't like the food at all but it at least it was fresh I suppose... won't be returning. Ph and a bit of heat wouldn't go amiss!!
29/08/2024: Our first visit tonight and we will definitely go back. Lovely friendly staff, great service and the food was delicious. We had the Set menu for two.

26/11/2024: Had my first here recently. Prawn curry. Was quite tasty.
23/07/2024: I ordered and paid for takeaway from this restaurant. While waiting I asked to use their facilities. The young Irish girl behind the counter refused, as I was a member of the public!!

Jia Jia Chinese Restaurant
11/07/2024: Fabulous service, the waiter was on his own he had everything down pat he was a lovely man nothing to much trouble for him, fabulous food, lovely restaurant couldn't ask for anything more, recommend 100%,
13/05/2024: There are a lot of duck dishes on the menu, so we thought it must be a house specialty.
We ordered duck pancakes, which were quite expensive, so we expected something really good. We wanted succulent, juicy duck!
What the duck lacked in quality it made up for in quantity. We got a massive plate of shredded duck which was so dry it was like it had been grated. Quite inedible.
When we complained, the waitress told us it’s ‘the way they do it here’. We barely touched it, but weren’t offered anything else to replace it.
The pork ribs were also very dry. Pre cooked and reheated. They had a nice sauce though, so we ate them.
There was one dish which we really enjoyed. The Singapore noodles. The meat in that dish was cooked ‘a la minute’, ie, fresh to order, and was therefore nice and juicy. The noodles were perfectly spiced too.
So, not all bad!
