15/10/2023: Ordered on just eat app. Time for collection given, arrived at time and still had to wait 20min for it to be ready. Thought the food would be hot was very disappointed to find it was not and had to be reheated at home. No apology for 20 min delay on time for collection called to inform them of cold food and to no satisfaction. Very disappointed and would no recommend using this take ouf through the app as they don't seem to understand if a collection time is given that they should have to food ready close to the time 10min over should be maximum and have to food going out hot.
