03/01/2026: Love this pub. Portions have got smaller ,fine for me but a man would have been starving if they ordered the goujons were tiny

26/12/2025: What can I say about Geary’s. If you’re in the area call in. My partner and myself called in hoping to grab a bite to eat and a drink…. Or 2 and what an enjoyable experience. The food was outstanding. (Steak sandwich to die for ). All the staff were really helpful, polite and so friendly. Thank you for a lovely evening.

27/12/2025: Food was absolutely horrible got chicken wings and a chicken burger wings had no taste and chicken was of poor quality the chicken burger was absolutely terrible took 2 bites and felt sick chicken was pink and rubbery

20/12/2025: Despite living a short distance from here i had never been inside this buisness until today, What a beautiful bar and restaurant. Warm welcoming,and beautifully decorated for Christmas.The whole place is spotless.The staff extremely helpful and friendly. We had the full Irish... Delicious, and full of flavor. the rashers ,sasuages pudding and the beans were amazing. And a proper pot of tea. Definitely we will be back... Highly recommended . The owners should be very proud....

06/01/2026: Dreadful. Emailed hotel with photos of how dirty our room alone was. Dirty towel put out for us to use Hairs in shower tray. Shower glass all water marks. Under cups dirty tray mats and tray Same in bathroom. No room service card for door. Skin got a reaction from bathroom products. Beds very uncomfortable. Floor would have been better. Room cold. Tea bags werent toped up on second day. One white towel had brown stains on it and was left out as a clean one. Also how terrible staff was at dinner. Letting napkins fall and walking passed it. Half cleaning tables. Food on ground under table. Restaurant cold. Slow service. Staff looking miserable. Restaurant staff standing around talking annoying us waiting to be seated. Can only add 10 photos but there more. Checking out no body on reception

03/01/2026: Very friendly and helpful staff, nice, clean modern rooms. Would return without hesitation.
