16/08/2025: The girls were very nice. But the food was very bad. I ordered a mack and cheese. It was very dry and there was really small amount of cheese for the amount of past. I've been in some places with mack and cheese, and this place was the worse.
10/08/2025: We stumbled upon it somewhat by force, being in Charleville and not having much other choice. The staff was really friendly. The food was a bit bland, but still good.

30/03/2025: We had a lovely meal there last week. I had chicken supreme with the most divine black pudding mash. Really lovely and my husband had very nice ravioli with sticky toffee pudding for desert. I would recommend for this price bracket.

19/02/2025: Seating available inside and outside. Dine in and takeout available. Food was really good and coffee and pastries tasted fresh and delicious. Free parking lot available not to far away.
26/01/2025: We had coffee and hot chocolate, and everything was great. The waitresses were very friendly. Charleville is a pretty town to stop by.

05/07/2025: Appalling service. Lots of menu items unavailable and the service or I should say lack of service, staff who need better training in customer service skills. Fast food outlets like these are no longer cheap and one expects a much better level of service. I would strongly advise against this place.

13/08/2025: I recently visited East Ocean in Charleville and unfortunately, I have to share a very negative experience. While the food was decent, the atmosphere was completely soured by the owner's behavior.
I witnessed the owner, June, being incredibly abusive towards the teenage staff. The way he spoke to them was disrespectful and unprofessional, creating a tense and uncomfortable environment for everyone present. As a customer, it was disheartening to see young people treated in such a manner.
I believe in supporting local businesses, but I cannot in good conscience recommend East Ocean based on this experience. The owner's behavior is unacceptable, and it reflects poorly on the establishment as a whole. I hope the management addresses this issue and creates a more positive and respectful workplace for their employees.
