02/01/2026: We came here for new years eve and have to say it didn't disappoint. The people were lovely and the food was delightful we had a great night the atmosphere was amazing
25/12/2025: Delicious seasonal lunch.. perfectly cooked venison, divine sauces and vegetables. Gorgeous almond sponge with custard & apples. Sooo delicious.

06/08/2023: This is a great pub been here a good few times food is very good
Unfortunately the last time I was here with my colleagues was to to put out a fire that had started there was a lot of damage caused by the fire but I have passed a few times since and have seen that work has started on the pub
I hope they are back up and running as soon as possible and wish them all the best for the future
