13/05/2025: A bit of chaos with information. We ordered drinks while waiting to order from menu outside. After drinks came we were told we could only have pizza and sides sitting in the outdoor pods after 5pm. We hadn't intended getting pizza but. This was at 6:15, however the table opposite were eating other items from the menu. Some signage and/or clarity from staff would be great.
Food was fine.
22/04/2025: Been here many times and the food is always amazing! Such a cosy atmosphere and the staff always go above and beyond. Recently celebrated a birthday here where the staff made the effort to put candles in the dessert and sing happy birthday. Can’t recommend it enough and will definitely be retuning soon.

21/03/2025: Inish Fusion has recently revamped their interior & it’s just lovely. Great ambience with extremely pleasant staff who are knowledgeable about the dishes on offer . Midweek there’s an option to BYOB & avail of an early bird menu which makes it exceptional value for money .
Cannot recommend Inish Fusion enough …the chefs take extreme pride in their work & presentation. You’ll not be disappointed!

08/03/2025: Lovely pool, the grounds are beautiful and the view from the restaurant is stunning.
23/01/2025: Stayed in a suite with beautiful views over the Foyle and woke up to spectacular sunrises. The hotel itself is very quiet and relaxing. Staff very efficient and friendly. Food excellent - unfortunately didn’t have time to visit the spa. Will definitely be back. Beautiful beds very comfortable

01/11/2024: I have to say, this chinese was absolutely exquisite. The staff were very kind and so helpful when i forgot to order things. The honey chilli chicken was tasty and so juicy. I will 100% recommend and will be back!
