07/12/2025: Terrible service . We've booked a table for 3 o'clock , took our orders at 3:17 p.m and food was served one hour later . They never offered menu for desserts or coffees . On my way out and after paying full bill without anyone apologising, told the floor manager ( some lady with very poor management skills ) we had to wait for the food 1 hour and she answered the printer didn't work and they were busy coz they had a function .I think that we were customers too. The restaurant side was almost empty ( 3 tables ) and they couldn't take notice of us . Try to avoid next time .
05/12/2025: I am a frequent visitor here, enjoying weekly lunches with my women's group friends and family dinners with my grandchildren. The service is consistently wonderful, making every visit an enjoyable experience. Frank, the kind and wonderful host, deserves special mention. For anyone seeking a classic Irish pub dinner menu filled with traditional favorites, this location offers great food and excellent hospitality.

19/12/2025: I would never usually leave a review, but I waited in the drive-through for over 15 minutes today for just one plain chicken burger and a small portion of chips. I only ordered one meal for myself, so the wait time was disappointing. When I received my order, it wasn’t correct. I asked for a plain chicken burger meal and was given just a piece of chicken rather than a proper burger, which I wasn’t able to eat due to the way it was cooked.
The whole reason for using the drive-through was convenience, as I was rushing and had somewhere to be. I’m leaving this review so others can see it and hopefully avoid being disappointed or held up due to the lack of organisation and apparent cluelessness of the staff.
