The Forge

04/01/2026: Looked on Google maps for a place we hadn't been before and the forge looked just up our street even though it was 30 miles away đ. Food was decent and plentiful service was good but place was freezing. Would definitely recommend in the warmer weather đ

05/09/2025: Fantastic service - ordered a specific type of cake at short notice after trying several other bakers for my wifeâs birthday to bake the cake and the staff were so accommodating and understanding the quality of cake was unbelievable would highly recommend and looking forward to going back again very soon.
11/07/2025: I ordered a Fresh Cream cake for a birthday online based on reviews. It was BY FAR the freshest and most delicious fresh cream cake we have ever had. Hands down we can's wait for the next birthday to try the another of their cakes!

02/12/2024: Took my family up here for brunch only to discover that it was CLOSED despite saying itâs open for business on here. Went next door to the furniture shop that leads into the restaurant and there was one staff member there that said itâs closed because they canât find any chefs to work for them.
I had checked the opening times on Google maps to confirm that it was open before driving 30 minutes out to them. Would have been a very disappointing trip to Moycullen if it wasnât for the amazing Galway Cakery Cafe next door.
This place used to be a regular spot for me and the family until the new management took over.
08/10/2024: I has the best food ever. Had the burger it was amazing.. himself had salmon. He loved it.. lauran was great.. got a free brownie for my Birthday.. such a nice gesture.. well done everyone it's a lovely experience..
