07/08/2025: Lovely staff offered me and my friend water for free upon entry as we waited our take away.
The restaurant itself was breathtaking in a gorgeous location. Luxury experience for reasonable prices.
The food itself was delicious.
I honestly have no complaints.

First of all - I'm alway taking it for take away.
Food is great and worth returning for it.
Place has nice atmosphere, and overall is looking nice. Parking spot could be a problem sometimes.
Now service for take away.
It happens 3 times to me right now.
I'm usually ordering for first empty slot for collection, and it could be 2-3 hours later.
So I tought I might order in the middlen of the day so I can pick collection slot whenever I like - drop in collect, after work and go home quickly. This is not working. After forst and second time it happens I was assured that it will be fixed, and there will be no delay next time - here we go - every single time when I have ordered this way I had to wait 15-20 minutes longer, even taking into consideration that I have ordered around 2-3 PM. Obviously other people are just picking their orders no problem on time.
Ordering system has a flaw - as kitchen is not even attempting to make my order for desired collection time - when I show up they are preparing it then....
Hopefully next time I will have better experience.
26/09/2025: Amazing food serverd here. Staff are extremely polite and friendly. Would highly recommend.

22/05/2025: You can trust that the have no care for customer service. Service was tragically disappointing. I made an order through JustEat at 10PM May 4th and only got a call about the food arriving at 1.30AM. The owner as they addressed to me, as Mr Khan hesitantly apologised and said that the next order I make would be reimbursed. I have called since and the person who picked up the phone was not helpful at all. Telling they needed to confirm with the boss and they’d call me back in 10mins. They didn’t. I called them 20mins later asking about updates and the person on the other end just went silent and refused to speak. They further refused to give me their name and said there was essentially nothing to be done.

09/11/2024: 9 de nosotros para la cena . . . honestamente el peor servicio que he recibido . . esperó 20 minutos solo por una bebida y el lugar estaba prácticamente vacÃo . . . la comida estaba tibia cuando llegó la mejor parte de una hora esperando, tenÃa miedo de quejarse porque Dios sabe cuánto tiempo hubiera tomado para arreglarlo, simplemente comer lo más rápido que pudimos y salir . El hecho de que solo habÃa otras 2 personas en el restaurante cuando nos Ãbamos a las 8. 30 un sábado lo dice todo... no volverá
18/09/2024: Pedà carne Korma. Pequeñas cantidades de carne servida en un tazón de salsa. El entrante también fue una porción miserable. El peor restaurante que he visitado. El personal parecÃa realmente poco interesado. No volverá.

13/01/2025: Terrible service. Twice I've ordered from Popadom and never again.
First time they never provided chips with kebab meals, although the manager dropped them to my house after the counter staff said chips don't come with kebab meals.
Second time the same and even though we said no spicy sauce on the kebab it was covered in it
