28/10/2025: This restaurant has been in my sight for a few years but never got the chance to go until last weekend and by God did it live up to my expectations and hopes and what I've heard the food was amazing the service was fantastic the restaurant itself is so cosy and warm I love the ambience would definitely recommend to anyone if you haven't been to go as you will not be dissappointed

01/01/2026: Had a beautiful New Year’s Eve dinner last night.
Food (surf & turf) couldn’t have been tastier, starters & desert were of the same high quality.
The service was excellent, and with a smile.
The attention to detail in this rare gem of a restaurant leaves nothing to be desired.
We have never had a bad meal or experience in this place.

20/08/2025: Excellent seafood restaurant in a very pleasant and refined setting. Reservations are required, but it's definitely worth it: the dishes are carefully prepared and the seafood is excellent. It's definitely worth a stop! In our opinion, it was the best restaurant on the Dingle Way, which we just completed.

Have very nice take away and indian restaurant with very good food I try Indian curry was very Delicious I highly recommend optp restaurant and Especially restaurants very clean and staff very friendly who ever go to castlegregory should try there food 😋
15/12/2025: Nice takeaway in castlegregory, staff was very friendly and food was really good. I had fresh fish & chips and Southern fried chicken and it was so delicious. Highly recommend

22/08/2025: Went for dinner. Charming young waiter took my order. The cramped room was full, he was on his own and handled it well. My order was slow to appear and honestly I wish it hadn't. I had ordered a half lobster with boulangère potatoes and broccoli. The lobster was not fresh but from frozen, from a supermarket I suspect. The boulangère potatoes were soggy and extremely salty. The overworked waiter was the only positive element of this dining experience. Avoid if you like good food.
17/08/2025: My wife and I had monkfish. Both portions were stringy, tough and tasteless, obviously over-cooked. Of all fish, monkfish is the most sensitive to bad cooking and this was the poorest I have ever eaten. We complained to the young waiter but heard nothing back.
