29/11/2024: Ordered for delivery, missing part of the order! Telephoned and was told would have to wait 1.5 hours for delivery of missing items. Extremely rude, obnoxious and arrogant staff member with a couldn't care less attitude to a paying customer. Never again.
07/10/2024: Ordered 2 × fresh cod and chips. Chips weren't crispy and there was pretty much no salt and vinegar on them despite asking would they put a lot on. Whatever they are selling as cod is disgusting, not what it used to be. The fish is mushy and stodgy, no flavour, the batter is extremely thick and rubbery/oil soaked. This place used to be good but not anymore. Will try somewhere else in future.
