The best restaurants in Kildangan

07/11/2023: We called by phone for a bag of chips and two battered sausages and advised we would be there in two minutes. I decided to use the shop next door to get a few things so the chippers would have more time to prepare. After 10 minutes I told the staff in the chippers, there was an order over the phone ten minutes ago and he said no that’s only 2 minutes ago. I explained this was indeed 10 minutes and he argued with me repeating it’s only 2 minutes so I showed him the time the call was placed but he just continued to argue. To be honest I would have no problem waiting 20 minutes but what really upset me was the horrible customer service stating that I was lying that the call was only 2 minutes when clearly I had proof but just the continuous arguing with a customer when all he had to do was apologise for the delay and cook the food. He just didn’t want to admit his mistake. I will never order from there again in my life.
