02/03/2026: Just want to update this review from 4 years ago. We still come here at least once a week and it’s our local chipper even though we live 25 minutes away. It is still the best chipper around and there’s not even a close 2nd to it. I highly recommend this place to everyone. The food has always been top class and the service from all the staff is top notch.
Hands down the best chipper there is. Been going to Sorrento’s for 2 years now there chips burgers battered sausages and kebabs are the nicest you can get. Can’t fault any food I’ve gotten from here and the staff are always welcoming. Fair play Sorrento’s 👍🏻

13/03/2026: The food looks great, but the truth behind how it's made is probably something most people don't know. You find out when they make dough in the wash basin because there's no dough machine. I've seen the chef dip their fingers in the curries to taste them many times. Plus, if any food falls while packing, it still goes into the customer's order.
28/12/2025: Testing should be done everywhere but we did not find the food quality of this restaurant good nor was the food tasty and they do not even know how to pack the food, they mix everything in one, if you spend money then eat good food and whatever good feedback you have, please tell people about it.

25/01/2025: Family group of six visited this evening. We had booked in so it was not a last minute thing. We arrived at 7.15 starters arrived about 7.45 at 9.00 we left as the mains still hadn't arrived it seemed like they were more occupied with takeaways than people paying premium prices to sit in.
