01/12/2024: No hot water our last 2 days breakfast we booked to the room was half an hour late so some of us were late to the spa. Room keys stopped working 3 separate times.

20/07/2024: Ordered steak with garlic butter. They gave me a solid block of butter. Should have been melted. They were missing sides. Steak had hair on it.
30/06/2024: Food is bad to average, but the service is worse. 3 hours for a starter and main course. Many items missing from the menu.
They didn't do cocktails because they were too busy.
Had to go to the bar ourselves to get our drinks as the waiters were useless.
Asked for the bill 3 times. Came out wrong. Told them they are missing 3 main courses from the bill.
