26/02/2026: Unfortunately service was poor location good room couldn't lower temperature below 19° staff lovely and friendly just not managed properly when I eventually got my food it was ok went to the thatch next night lovely food and drink
24/02/2026: I used the day spa and had lunch. Both were fantastic.

02/02/2026: Went on a bank holiday Monday night, while staying in the heritage hotel beside the restaurant. Place was like a ghost town when we went in but decided to give it a chance since it had a good rating online. Tables and floor were dirty and decor was funky to say the least. In fairness the waiter was very friendly and pleasant. We got chicken wings for starter which were okay, I got carbonara and garlic bread for main which was very sickly and the garlic bread was the worst Ive ever had, frozen and undercooked. My partner ordered the special which was a steak sandwich cooked medium, it came out overcooked and they had no pepper sauce left to go with it. We than ordered dessert and were given dirty/sticky spoons to eat with. Would definitely not go back.

20/03/2025: The best food ever, nice place friendly staff good drinks its all you need!!!
I highly recommend to everyone, you won't be disappointed!
I will be back with pleasure.
