24/03/2024: Terrible food and service. Avoid. Overpriced and underdelivered
25/02/2024: Had a fabulous spa day, with high tea. Lovely ! 2 small things, the music was a little too loud in spa and during treatments. Also, the high tea was a little sweet heavy - some cheese or pate would have been nice in place of one of the cakes.

03/04/2024: While staying at The Heritage, my friends and I ordered a takeaway. Upon arrival to collect it, we had the pleasure of meeting the owner, John. He exemplified exceptional hospitality and went out of his way to assist us. The food surpassed our expectations in taste and quality. When I accidentally left one of the bags behind, John personally delivered it to our hotel. This level of customer service was truly outstanding. I wholeheartedly recommend The Thatch Pub. Additionally, I want to commend Nick for his outstanding assistance. Wonderful staff, food & service. Thank you.
24/03/2024: Food very salty 🧂 glasses dirty and owner doing the books at one of the tables on a Sunday at lunch. Definitely not a good spot for food. ADVOID
