28/10/2024: Really great pub! The food was great, we tried the fish, burgers, panini, curry, lasagne and kids nuggets. The staff are friendly, happy people and the atmosphere is awesome. We liked it so much we went back the next night to experience it again before we left Ireland the next day. A must if you're travelling around Leitrim!
05/10/2024: Great welcome, as always in lovely Leitrim.
Smyths were great, good fresh food, great chips, and a warm welcome.

15/09/2024: While the two friends I was with were more than happy with the Guinness Jackie served. Being a bit early in the day for me, Jackie made me a great big mug of tea, which was every bit as satisfying as the Guinness being supped. Every evening we went in the order was two pints of Guinness and a mug of tea. Jackie from one Manc to another, MANY THANKS.
20/08/2024: If you want a bar bar this it Jackie and Kathryn run a great pub with a warm welcome for their customers, good pub to watch sport or drop in in for a game or pool or darts or a chat.

04/09/2024: Got the egg royal and it was one of the nicest breakfasts I’ve ever had! Big portions and very well prepared food! Staff were friendly and overall a nice atmosphere. Highly recommended ☺️

26/08/2024: Really well made food, tasted absolutely delicious. Staff couldn't do enough for us and the Mancunian front of house was so friendly. The toilets left a lot to be desired but the atmosphere and friendliness of the staff overshone any negatives.
26/07/2024: My 2 friends and I were Very, Very disappointed with our stay here. We were give a price by email
two weeks before. On our checking in
we were charged over and above the price given. €90 each with out breakfast. On questioning the cost it was reduced to €73 although some of our group were charged the lesser price of €60 all for the same accommodation. The bedroom had no electrical plugs only a double adaptor. The bathroom has not been updated I'm sure from the 80's. We will not be back.

The Heritage Bar

26/09/2023: A traditional wee bar as you’d expect! If you’re looking for some country music or line dancing then this is the place for you. The clientele is certainly of quite a mature age. The fire is always burning! A welcoming little place.
24/09/2023: Always a pleasure coming in here every year we are down. Owner and staff very welcoming and friendly. Just what an Irish bar should be.
