07/01/2025: Myself and my husband recently found ourself in Ballingarry unexpectedly on Sunday and the weather conditions were less than ideal. What started out as a very bad day turned into an amazing experience thanks to the hospitality and kindness of John Edward. The house is amazing and so cosy as are the rooms. The food was outstanding. I really couldn't say enough about this place. Thank you again John Edward.
26/12/2024: Wonderful relaxing pre Christmas escape for one night . Accommodation, service and food couldn’t have been better . Felt at home from the moment we walked in the door .

13/09/2024: Really surprised by previous reviews. Seems like they are describing a different restaurant. Really want to be supportive of Irish restaurants but the food was very poor. Service was great and friendly but ultimately you go to a restaurant for the food and if that is bad, it’s hard to recover from that.
