08/11/2025: Nice centrally location hotel, good food and good value, lovely bar and staff.

02/10/2025: Would not recommend. The service we received at the front desk throughout our stay ranged from unhelpful to rude. My group had two rooms; we were told one was ready and the other was still being cleaned. When we all went to put our luggage in the ready room, the poor cleaner was still working on it. My room was not clean upon check-in — there were food stains on the table and visible dirt on the floors. Our bed had two twin beds and the mattress on one had a big sag over about 2/3s of it where the springs had worn out. The location is very central and the breakfast was surprisingly good. It seems like some rooms may be in better states than others; the two I saw were visibly rundown and not worth the price we paid per night.

29/10/2025: Friendly professional and very comfortable. It was like a home from home.

23/08/2025: Got a great friendly welcome from the two people on duty, Freya and Enda. Shown to my room, tastefully laid out and really felt homely. I'm extremely fussy about my bed and it was so comfortable. Good shower and tea/ coffee making facilities and a stylish breakfast area. Handy parking, seating area to the front and overall I'm delighted.

29/10/2025: What a lovely trendy coffee shop. A relaxed friendly atmosphere, very reasonably priced and staff were polite friendly and very professional.

28/09/2025: Managed to get to use their app yous time and didn't realise I was entitled to a free coffee, great.

20/11/2025: The food was incredible. Authentic Moroccan food. So balanced in flavours that it digests perfectly. Service that makes you feel like you've entered the home of a good friend. Loved that the menu was large font for easy reading. 🤓 If you don't know what to order just ask and she will help you. So great to see such passion for food.

28/07/2025: We went to Torc’s Chocolate Workshop for my niece’s birthday. The workshop was 90- minutes long where they made their chocolate own teddy bear and decorated. There were about 10 kids, and the staff were quite friendly and patient. They got served pizza and juice and everyone had a blast. Would highly recommend for birthday parties, family days out or group gatherings!!

21/07/2025: We had two excellent coffees , prepared to perfection. The quality of the milk in the flat white and lattes was noticeable. We had it with a marshmallow and sat outside.

06/09/2025: Good coffee but I'm often disappointed by the long wait times for coffee, especially during peak hours around 9 am. With only one barista on duty, it's challenging for them to keep up with demand, leaving customers like me frustrated and rushed. Hopefully, the coffee shop will consider increasing staff numbers to improve service and reduce wait times.

09/08/2025: Takeaway coffee shop serving a fine selection of teas and coffees to the denizens of D8 and beyond. If the weather's good you can sit outside, snack on an almond pastry and do your Wordle. Popular with canines and their owners too which is always a good sign.

09/09/2025: Brought my family here for dinner today. Me and my daughter asked if we could order shredded chicken from the takeaway menu which was priced at €8.50, with the menu stating this was inclusive of rice and chips. I was charged €26 for the two shredded chicken starters plus €5.60 for two chips. My total bill was over €50. When I queried this the owner said "Sorry, it costs more when it's sit down". She didn't tell us this when we ordered nor was it written on the menu. I run a business and I find it very deceitful when people are not transparent with their pricing. Won't be returning.

27/06/2025: They staff most times give way too much curry in 3 in 1 I mentioned this on about 3 occasions small amount of curry this evening a female staff member in take away took a fence by me saying I want small amount of curry on my 3 in 1 I mentioned too her it's my money and customers money who pay her wages and she is certainly not the boss or business owner just employee I said get me They boss someone I can talk with they female boss came out too me I said look at this 3 in 1 swimming in curry I can't eat that it's no good to me I will go eat somewhere else which I did the staff in Chan Orental poor meet and greet customer service no hospitality they don't understand that the money in customers pocket is there wages the staff feel entitled too dismissed customers it's the owners business not they staff business and loud music overwhelming

10/10/2025: I just had a meal at the Courtyard Café in Longford, and I don't recommend it. I ordered a Chicken and Mushroom Vol-au-Vent with a side of chips, and it was quite disappointing. The food was very crispy but tasteless. I received two Chicken and Mushroom Vol-au-Vents and reheated chips. To make matters worse, the condiments provided were the type you would find on a retail shelf, rather than the more restaurant-specific ramekins. They gave me a retail bottle of tomato sauce and a bottle of malt vinegar, without any condiment holders. The interior looked like it was stuck in the 2000s, and the place was half empty. Additionally, the staff members were passive-aggressive, lacking professionalism. When I went to pay, the card machine was broken, so I had to go down the street to the bank to withdraw money from the ATM. Terrible experience, will not recommend.

31/08/2025: The chicken was hot the wrap was chicken wrap was too sweet , ketchup to sweet , the chicken tasted disgusting , the pizza wasn't nice at all , doesn't give you an option on what chicken you want eng southern fried or plain or spicy it gives you spicy ,

12/09/2025: NEVER EVER AGAIN We Ordered €35 of food for collection. The website had my comments for “NO SAUCE” on the kebab because of an allergy of one of my family. Before I left the counter I asked if there was any sauce added. And the arrogant & aggressive cook came out from behind his prep counter and showed me his till receipt that didn’t have “NO SAUCE”. I explained that I entered this info on the online order (which I did twice) and he said “SEE SEE ITS NOT ON HERE!!”. I subsequently asked him not to argue with me as I definitely did enter it. To which he got even more animated and shouted “”ITS NOT ON IT”. I told him to cancel the whole order because of the food allergy and he said “NO I WONT” but he eventually reluctantly went back behind his counter and made a replacement rather than give the refund….. SO YET ANOTHER CUSTOMER LOST - JUST LIKE ALL THE OTHER NEGATIVE FEEDBACK.

09/08/2025: Some of the worst food I've ever had. Chips were undercooked and the curry was terrible.

09/08/2025: Ordered fish and chips, got some type of fish. I have no clue what it was but it was terrible, I couldn't eat it. Chips undercooked, side salde tasted okay but old lettuce. Waitress was lovely and very kind.
