09/09/2026: We arrived with our dog, who of course wasn't allowed in. I long for the day this changes in Ireland. We were kindly accommodated in outside seating. Had the chowder, was delicious and very filling. Gorgeous scone with it. Lovely spot.
09/09/2026: Sandwiches up from €7 to €8 overnight. That is a increase of 14%. Way over the inflation rate of 3.4%.
And remember the vat rate was lowered to 9%. But, it seems RIP Off Ireland is doing well at Monasterboice Inn.
