11/11/2025: I booked a table for a special occasion at this restaurant. By the end of the evening, we really enjoyed our food and environment. My wife told me that food is much better than what we had in Barcelona on holiday. This is not a basic place for us so it can be considered as a bit pricey but according to our experince it was worth it.
The staff were amazing and very kind.
09/11/2025: Truly awful, not recommended, we ruined our evening. There's nothing Spanish about it, never seen spicy patatas bravas, poor service, cramped space, and everyone packed together. Rude owner, exorbitant prices for tiny portions. Spanish food is definitely not local.

26/07/2025: This is my second time coming here and it never disappoints. I highly recommend the Mezze Platter as a starter — it’s one of my favorite things. The hummus is super creamy, and the bread basket lets you try all the dips, which are honestly amazing.
The Arayes is also delicious. The dough is really crispy — it’s like eating a burger, but with that perfect crunchy texture.
The service is excellent — they’re quick, there are no long waits, and everyone is super friendly.
Just one recommendation: bring a jacket if you’re sitting outside. Even on a warm day, there’s a breeze, and if you tend to get cold, you’ll definitely want something to keep you warm. Inside felt a bit too warm for me.

11/08/2025: Went couple of times. This time was awful. Mussels wasn’t fresh. Waiters did not even try to listen to us when we’re asking them questions. 2 stars only for location!
07/08/2025: Best food of our entire trip. You can’t go wrong with any of the dishes. Would recommend to any one visiting or living in Dublin!

23/11/2025: Hands down, this is one of my favourite places in Dublin. The restaurant itself is cute and has a great vibe but the food (and Classic Sangria) is what keeps me coming back. I’ve never had a bad meal or bad service here and it’s my go-to place when we have folks in from out of town because I know they’ll have a good experience.

01/12/2025: Cosy restaurant if eating inside, not so cosy on the terrace in November. This is especially true if you are seated waiting 45mins for just the wine!! When we asked for our said bottle of wine, the response was ‘we are very busy’ - in other words, ‘you are not a priority’. Eventually got our bottle of wine after asking a second time. Needless to say the food hadn’t arrived either by that time. In fact we nearly got a dessert!! Two waitresses made a great fuss bringing us a birthday cake with candles lit and song to boot - hungry as we were, we sent them packing to find the real birthday celebrant. The food was nice although the platter of cheese and charcuterie is much smaller than expected. they had v little wine stock, couldn’t order 2 bottles of same wine.
Suggest you don’t take bookings if you can’t look after them.

07/10/2025: Wonderful experience at the newly rebranded Sweet Basil (now Kung pao panda) today - the service was excellent (very quick and all staff extremely welcoming and friendly) and the food was absolutely delicious. I had chicken chow mein medium spice, the chicken was succulent and the medium spice sauce had a subtle kick which really enhanced the noodles. Very generous portion size, very reasonable price and most importantly super tasty - I highly recommend the restaurant, staff and food and I look forward to my next visit!
