25/05/2025: We had such a lovely experience at The Old Coach Inn in Castleblayney. Irish hospitality is renowned, but Raymond and his team really take it to the next level. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel so welcome. We got into town a bit earlier than expected and had some time to fill before checking into our accommodation. No problem at all—Raymond invited us to relax and enjoy a leisurely Sunday lunch, and what a lunch it was! Delicious food, a warm and lively atmosphere, and a real sense of community. Families were celebrating their children’s First Communion and it was just lovely to witness—The Old Coach Inn clearly plays a big part in local life. Raymond even went out of his way to help us get to our accommodation, which was such a kind and unexpected gesture. We enjoyed it so much we came back the next day for an evening meal, which was just as impressive. The menu had something for everyone, and the staff were so friendly and attentive. Our only regret? Not having time to return for breakfast and complete the trio! If you're in or near Castleblayney, don’t miss this place. A warm welcome, great food, and a real local gem.

17/07/2025: First time here and will definitely be back. We are on a family road trip with 4 kids and a dog and everyone was in agreement that it’s a fantastic place. Cozy Cafe was so welcoming, food was delicious, very reasonably priced and great portion sizes. There was even a doggie menu! We felt very lucky to have come across it on our travels.

15/07/2025: Myself and my partner stopped in at the Cosy Cafe a few days ago with our dog and sat outside in the 'Cosy Alley'. Staff are very friendly and someone came out straight away with a bowl of water for our dog. Food was lovely, they even have a special doggy menu with great options! Lovely spot, can't fault it in anyway!

13/05/2025: Lovely gift shop, great coffee and lovely staff. The cakes are decent, too, and they’re doggy friendly. May not always get parking directly outside but will often get something a short walk away.

02/06/2025: Had our holy Communion celebration in Blayney Bistro, owner was very nice letting us decorate restaurant evening before staying with us and helping till midnight! Great reception the day of, food was amazing and very generous portions of it. Highly recommend for celebrations up to 30 people! Thank you again for great service Blayney Bistro👍👍👍

06/07/2025: Had a perfect coffee stop at Lakeside Coffee! Yummy coffee cake, very good hot chocolate, served by a very pleasant lady in a nicely decorated coffee shop. Great that they stay open rather later than the average coffee shop, til 5.30pm usually.

15/03/2025: I just had lunch and a nice pastry I enjoyed it , It was a nice place. Highly recommended!
