14/12/2025: No security on the exterior door. 2 drunk men pounded on our door at 2:00 and spent the rest of the night outside our door. Not sleeping mind you. There was arguing and there was an hour of whisking. Whisking. With a wisk and empty metal bowl. All of this within earshot of reception. Horrible night! I get that it's the party season, but the room overlooking the road with active drunken violence until 3:30 was a lot. No blackout curtains means the street lights fully illuminated the room. And not a chance of a warm shower. I can't believe we paid €190 for one night. Extremely overpriced.

04/11/2025: Room number 12. Terrible room. Dark, small window overlooking a wall and a ventilation pipe that constantly made loud noises. In addition, there were cooking smells coming in from outside, so the window had to remain closed. There was no room service. When we inquired, we were told that the cleaning staff was too busy. Loud door slamming, especially the interior doors. The hotel said someone would contact us. This never happened.
