17/01/2026: I had a wonderful experience at Woodfield House Hotel during my recent visit to Limerick. From the moment I arrived, the staff were both friendly and professional, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.
The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, providing everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The hotel's restaurant served excellent food, and the bar was a great spot to unwind in the evening. I have to mention that they pour an excellent pint of Guinness - always a good sign!
The service throughout my stay was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to ensure guests were well looked after. Overall, it was a great experience, and I will definitely be staying at Woodfield House Hotel again when I'm next in Limerick. Highly recommended!
19/12/2025: Dined here recently, good spot in the Ennis Road area to stop for food. Little bit out of Limerick City centre but if in the vicinity for Gaelic Grounds/Thomond Park/TUS/Millenium Theatre, this place is ideal. Good food and service.

Hunt museum cafe

Very friendly staff, a wonderful periodical exhibition and a good way to spend 2 hours in Limerick on a rainy day.
09/12/2025: Visited the Hunt Museum last week and absolutely LOVED it!! Our docent Mike was equally informative as he was hilarious, and he did an amazing job taking my parents and I through the entire museum. Without him, we truly would not have appreciated the museum's extensive collection. He really made our entire trip to Limerick!

Everything was excellent. Good food, good service and a lovely atmosphere.
They understood well and catered for particular dietary requirements.

24/11/2025: The food was disappointing. The gravy was too thick, lumpy, and overly salty. The chicken was greasy, and the breading fell off because the meat was overcooked. The woman behind the counter (older, with black hair) could also work on her customer service and attitude. Feel free to eat there if you donât care about quality or taste â but I definitely wonât be returning.

03/05/2025: Popped into Noms recentlyâservice was quite slow, so be prepared to wait a bit. Iâd recommend paying by card, as you'll end up getting a lot of brown coins in your change back if you use cash đ. (Well thats what happened us) That said, the donut I had was absolutely deliciousâfresh, fluffy, and worth the visit for the treat alone.
02/04/2025: I ordered some of the sauces online and it has been 16 days and running with no sign of the order being delivered soon. I emailed to let them know and got no reply. I would not recommend ordering anything online, not reliable one bit and the lack of communication is nothing but poor.

23/10/2025: Had a great night until they watered down my 2 drinks and charged me for 2 more when I told them they were watered down. I wasn't the only one at the bar getting watered down drinks as 2 other people beside me said the same thing. If you want value for money don't drink here! Bar staff didn't believe me until I was adamant they taste the drinks also.

11/05/2025: Food was average and a bit pricey. The order taking was chaotic but they were very busy which led to a long wait for one of our mains.
Order:
Burger : Average
Mussels : Not good.
Pork belly : Nice
Kids Sausage Meal : Average
Kids burger meal : Very good
Staff were nice but need to communicate better, few mistakes while ordering. Food didnât do it this time. Great venue.
