27/01/2025: We had breakfast this morning and it was a wonderful experience for my mum and I thanks to the wonderful staff who took such good care of us, especially my mum and her wheelchair. We were made welcome and at ease from the moment we approached the entrance. Mary helped us at the door and organised our table to accommodate mum's wheelchair and then myself. Mum decided a standard chair would be more comfortable for her and again Mary was brilliant in making this happen without fuss and engaging mum in constant comforting conversation.
The food was excellent and the service was too... We are planning our next visit already.
We do not usually review places we eat but we promised ourselves we would support this local shop and restaurant with a positive review because everyone should get to share this simple but enjoyable treat.

20/01/2025: Great restaurant, very cute, great food and the lady was very nice! The chicken wings were amazing and the chicken wraps were great too! Ask for soup instead of fries! Everything was amazing

28/01/2025: Wonderful hotel with AMAZING staff.
A group of us had a wonderful stay in The Price of Wales to celebrate mid-term and meeting up after covid. We had a beautiful lunch with wonderful service from an amazing lady, we had such much fun and laughs over lunch. Later, we had a beautiful evening meal in the bar followed by cocktails. The young man working the night shift warmly welcomed us back after a few hours hanging out in the local bars. He was so friendly and helpful despite the late hour.
Rooms were spotlessly clean.
The shower and coffee machine were both brand new.
Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a central location,free parking, amazing staff.
We will return.

22/12/2024: We went to the Prince of Wales Hotel in downtown Niagara-On-The-Lake specifically for High Tea. We have been to many high teas in different towns and cities. The one here has to be the absolute worst!!!The smoked salmon sandwiches (not a traditional high tea sandwich) were served on stale white bread!! Actually, all the breads were not fresh, including the egg-filled croissants. The scones were dry and tasteless. I discovered a dark hair in mine so I sent it back. Apologies were given but it didn't reflect any changes to our bill, which was $55/per person. When my niece made the reservation she said that 2 of us were celebrating our birthdays. Birthday wishes were not mentioned by the server. Nothing. Shame on Prince of Wales Hotel for serving inferior high tea at a very high price.

13/07/2024: What a great little asset to Wexford Town , and what a great little asset Amy is to O Briens Sandwich Bar. Fantastic, diligent worker , with such a fantastic smile, she would always encourage you to come back. The service was great as was the sandwich.
