I ordered some food for delivery over the phone on 19/03/23 around 7. After an hour there was no food. I called the store. I was told it would be there in 10 minutes. 10 minutes later I called again as there was still no food and I said I wasn't happy and that I wouldn't pay full price for food that was out for over an hour as it would be cold. Instead of trying to help me, this young man hung up on me. I tried to call back and it seems as if my number is now blocked because it won't connect. Absolute disgrace. Thankfully I ordered over the phone and was going to pay at the door so my money wasn't wasted. I am usually a happy customer at apache pizza but I ordered dominos tonight instead as no staff member would help me and I won't be ordering from apache again unless this is made right.
Edit: even though I'm banned I still order and they are physically incapable of delivering your food in good time. Two pizzas should not take over an hour. They're cold, and when you call up to ask about it there's no apology. I remember the days where you would get free food or a discount if it was more than half an hour. This place sucks.
20/04/2025: Outstanding service! Guri went above and beyond—extremely patient, kind, and helpful. He took the time to walk me through the menu, answered all my questions, and helped me pick the perfect pizza and kebab. Both were absolutely delicious! Huge thanks to Guri for making the experience so enjoyable. Truly top-notch service!

05/08/2025: Our order took 2hrs to arrive. Extremely overpriced. Food was cold and taste awful. Wouldn't recommend at all. Stay away.
28/07/2025: We get a delivery from 4 star about twice a month and its always amazing i dont know how they keep it hot but so far so good. The discount coupons help too

27/07/2025: My gf and I attended this place Saturday evening. We fancied a pizza and a drink and decided to go here. I ordered a pepperoni, sweetcorn, and bacon pizza while my gf ordered a gluten free pepperoni, salami, and spicy beef pizza. The pizzas arrived and we could see right off the bat there was no salami on her pizza and there was also onions (she is allergic to onions). I walked up to the counter to tell them the issue that no salami was on her pizza and she's allergic to onions. They told me the spicy beef is mixed with onions which is not stated on the menu or said by staff when ordering. They asked me to bring the pizza up to them so they can see (I got the feeling they thought we were lying for some reason). I brought it up and they asked what toppings she would like on her 'new' pizza? I said pepperoni and salami just. Her pizza arrived under 10 mins later and to our surprise no salami again on it , this time just pepperoni and we could tell it was the same pizza with the beef taken off. We looked at eachother and just left. I don't genuinely write a review if it's not positive but for €50 I think it's a must if this is the service you are getting. I can safely say we will never be going back to this establishment again. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

01/06/2024: Absolutamente impactante que solo están fuera para estafar a la gente que está fuera bebiendo por dinero. Nos alojamos en Galway, pedimos comida para llevar al hotel, la comida faltaba en la orden y las bebidas estaban mal. Costó € 30 por una pizza de 12 pulgadas y 2 piezas de pan de ajo demasiado cocido y 2 bebidas! La pizza también estaba muy cocinada! Evite incluso si está desesperado

16/09/2024: Recientemente he estado en Galway por el cumpleaños de un amigo y un par de nosotros llamamos aquí para cenar de camino a casa.
Tenía la pizza vegetariana que era encantador. Lo que realmente quiero señalar es la increíble Alexandra, en mi estado de punta se me cayó mi licencia de conducir y algunas otras tarjetas (gimnasio, luz azul) de la caja de mi teléfono. No sabía cuando se me habían caído, y cuando me di cuenta no estaba seguro de dónde los había perdido. Alexandra y su pareja lograron rastrearme a través del poder de Google y me contactaron en mi trabajo en el Reino Unido. Me han devuelto muy amablemente mi licencia y otras tarjetas. Su amabilidad y compasión para preocuparse lo suficiente para encontrarme es increíble. Estoy muy agradecido. Fantástico servicio al cliente que va muy por encima. ¡Gracias Alexandra y compañera, sois increíbles!
