01/01/2026: Horrible service/people no respect or concern for customers me and my partner spent 50€+ on food to be delivered to reception of a close by hotel, never received it no answer after calling multiple times, 50€ down the drain, absolute scum would not ever deal with them again
14/12/2025: They were playing Indian or Pakistani music in there. It was disgraceful. I paid €17 for a pizza and had to listen to that.
Please, do something with that. It is not normal. Im in Ireland, not in Pakistan

23/01/2026: Can't follow directions and won't admit mistakes. Mohammed is a liar over the phone and won't listen went to the wrong address took 30 mins to get to us and then tried lying saying that they only left 15 mins ago. Left us short a drink too. Will be processing refund through deliveroo as they said the app was to blame. Can't blame it for shitty service and horrible staff though. Get new staff
01/01/2026: Pizza took an hour and 20 minutes to come, chips were cold and pizza wasn't even cut up, worst experience ever, 7 years later and they fuck me over again ordered food and didn't deliver it rang the restaurant and they laughed and put me on hold, food didn't come waited over an hour and no sign of it, don't order from here is a joke

26/01/2026: The worst pizza I have ever had.Ordered vegetarian pizza with pesto .Very tin burnt base with very little tomato sauce and not enough mozzarella.They forgot to put pesto on it....such a disappointment and so overpriced:(

Nos alojamos en Galway, pedimos comida para llevar al hotel, la comida faltaba en la orden y las bebidas estaban mal. Costó € 30 por una pizza de 12 pulgadas y 2 piezas de pan de ajo demasiado cocido y 2 bebidas! La pizza también estaba muy cocinada! Evite incluso si está desesperado

16/09/2024: Recientemente he estado en Galway por el cumpleaños de un amigo y un par de nosotros llamamos aquí para cenar de camino a casa.
Tenía la pizza vegetariana que era encantador. Lo que realmente quiero señalar es la increíble Alexandra, en mi estado de punta se me cayó mi licencia de conducir y algunas otras tarjetas (gimnasio, luz azul) de la caja de mi teléfono. No sabía cuando se me habían caído, y cuando me di cuenta no estaba seguro de dónde los había perdido. Alexandra y su pareja lograron rastrearme a través del poder de Google y me contactaron en mi trabajo en el Reino Unido. Me han devuelto muy amablemente mi licencia y otras tarjetas. Su amabilidad y compasión para preocuparse lo suficiente para encontrarme es increíble. Estoy muy agradecido. Fantástico servicio al cliente que va muy por encima. ¡Gracias Alexandra y compañera, sois increíbles!
