The best restaurantsof pizza & pasta in Dundalk

19/07/2024: Beyond disappointed, we order a weekly family diner delivery and this week they forgot portion of the order. We telephone immediately and was informed its on its way, so we waited as we all eat together. 25 mints later no sign of rest of our delivery so we telephoned again, to then told its only a portion of order missing, we explained family diner we all eat together and requested order to be resent and we can return the now cold food. We were told no, and after much discussion offered partial refund of food not received, however not informed in which method will we receive the refund. It was such a disappointing experience whereby the kids not get their meal options and resulted in a lot of tears, the restaurant was in no way helpful, apologetic and minimized the fat portion of order missing.

31/10/2024: I ordered food.over and hour ago and it eventually landed freezing cold. Stay away from this place

18/10/2024: I had a terrible experience with Domino's Dundalk. I ordered a pizza that arrived with no sauce, no cheese—just chicken and onions. After calling the store, I was assured that a replacement (real pizza) would be sent and that the cold, untouched pizza would be collected back. However, after waiting over 45 minutes, I was told that my order actually specified no sauce or cheese, which is completely inaccurate. The staff, including the manager Dawood, were incredibly rude and dismissive, showing no willingness to help or consider that it could be a glitch in the application. My idea of a pizza is always with sauce and cheese. I am not even sure that you can change these in any all. Anyways I was told to call in the morning to file a complaint but nothing could be done. Which is strange!!! I ended up starving after a long day, relying on their service to provide a meal. This was not just an inconvenience but a complete failure of customer service. I will think twice before ordering from here again. Worst experience ever!
