23/11/2024: Ordered a chicken kebab last night.. you would not call it a kebab the chicken was just a fillet not even cut up thrown between pitta bread. Absolute joke

10/01/2025: Ordered a pizza a few days ago. Took an hour and a half to be delivered. It was FREEZING!! The dog wouldn’t even eat it. We complained and after 4 attempts to reorder food (to get my money back) The burgers were over cooked, hard and totally inedible. NEVER AGAIN!!!! 😡😡😡

17/12/2024: 0 Stars from Me Ordered food at 21:14, hadn't arrived by 22:23 so we called and were told it was going to be another 30 mins. Person on the phone was very Rude with us and then out someone else on the phone who was even more rude and hung up on my husband.. We had to cancel and ask for a refund which they said would take 3-5 working days. We are now left at 22:43 with no food. Very rude and unprofessional customer service. No apologies or gesture of good will offered. I’m also keeping this as proof as they haven’t cancelled our order on the app yet and I want to ensure I get my refund in 3-5 working days!!
