The best restaurantsof pizza & pasta in Tipperary

24/08/2026: Very disappointing experience with a €50 gift voucher purchased at this store. When I tried to use only part of it, I was told that no exact balance would be returned because they were following an SOP. The voucher itself says “No change given.” An area manager later offered fixed €10 or €20 vouchers, which would not necessarily equal the remaining balance. I was also told the voucher could not be used with offers or promotions, although that restriction was not printed on it. Irish gift-voucher rules say customers cannot be required to spend the full value in one transaction. Where more than €1 remains and it cannot be used later, the exact balance must be returned through cash, electronic transfer or another voucher. The person I initially spoke with was also unnecessarily hostile. I have raised this formally with Domino’s Customer Care and reported the matter to the CCPC. I will update this review if the store resolves it properly.

27/04/2026: Got two pizzas yesterday. One of them was the wrong pizza. The correct one was on the box but wrong one inside. Had to put mine in the oven to stay warm while I drive the other back. Manager tried to insist on seeing the other pizza. So. What, I was supposed to bring mine too so it could get cold while we waited on him to fix his mistake? My fiance has been making pizzas for years and applied in here before for work. They hired someone we actually knew personally, but who had absolutely zero experience. It shows. Bad mannered staff, bad mannered manager. Imagine insisting on seeing the other pizza instead of apologising for such a stupid mistake? Not ONE hint of an apology was given. Went home and ate my crispy pizza that I had to heat in the oven myself. But I likely won't be ordering from this branch again after that. Spent €32 on two pizzas to be basically accused of switching pizzas or something. And even if I had done, YOU WERE STILL GETTING ONE BACK SO WE'D HAVE GOTTEN NOTHING EXTRA ANYWAY! WHAT WOULD HAVE BEEN THE POINT?? note: slices were cut so uneven that a quarter of the pizza was one slice and the next one was about an inch wide. Also, none cut down to the bottom. I do not expect to have to eat takeaway pizza with a knife. There are other comments here from months ago complaining about EXACTLY the same thing. So they clearly aren't interested in fixing things OR hiring people who know how to make pizza. Fools.
