06/07/2025: Stopped here randomly while driving through to Donegal, chance favoured us because it was great. The food was lovely, the chips were so big they were practically full potatoes and yet perfectly cooked. I got a southern fried chicken burger and it was gorgeous. Seriously I'm writing this a few days later and I'm still comparing everything I'm eating to it! The best part though was the service, the man who took care of us (feel terrible I didn't get his name) was lovely and so helpful. If I'm ever driving this way again this place is a definite stop.

21/08/2025: Cute cafe with floral patterns and ducks in welly boots. Adorable.
Nice breakfast menu.
Pancakes were good, two massive pancakes. Somewhere between a crepe and an American style pancake.
Full Irish was good.
Kids menu had sausage and chips for breakfast? Weird one but my kid was delighted.
Hot chocolate wasnt great. Very few cafes make them well. All the chocolate sinks to the bottom and it is far to strong, so that needs work but otherwise good.
17/07/2025: I was really looking forward to returning here, I enjoyed my lunch when I visited last summer but unfortunately this time I was very disappointed. I ordered the goat’s cheese tartlet with potato wedges and both were burnt, I could barely eat the wedges as they were overcooked and hard.

18/08/2025: Ordered takeaway delivered to local campsite.
Menu is clever, all takeaways should do similar, it breaks down dishes by meat and then choose sauce.
It was expensive compared to other Chinese restaurants. E.g. a side of brocoli was €9.
But wow was the broccoli good! Honey chicken starter was yummy too.
Delivery driver was friendly and efficient.
Great dinner, would recommend.
14/07/2025: We really liked it, 👍 needed a sit down meal at tea time ⏲️ instead of a takeaway and this fitted the bill nicely. The service was excellent as we were the only ones eating but they were very busy with dishing out takeaways fast and furious so other people must have liked the food which was a good sign for us. The food was excellent and we had a starter and a main meal each and there was plenty of choice for drinks and iu chose the Tsingteo beer as it's Chinese. The only downside was we wanted a coffee ☕️ each afterwards 😕 and the machine hadn't worked for ages even a kettle would have given us a brew 😉.
