12/08/2025: Had one of the best satays I've had in Ireland here. So flavorful and they accommodated a special request happily. We were going to order from China Express but we're staying in the owners airbnb off his house and had to leave early because of disgusting conditions all over the house black floors dirty greasy kitchen and finding mold on the bedding caused us to finally leave. We've been cleaning their house all weekend because he wouldn't offer a refund until we threatened legal actions for then finding mold in the beds. He was not apologetic at all and I wouldn't want to see what they are feeding people from their kitchen or treating their customers if they didn't care about guests that had this trip booked all year and this is the kind of service they give. Baby was coming off the floors black with filth in their BNB. I'd had to see what the kitchen of China Express looks like after seeing the state of their home. We enjoyed A1 so much and the price and value was good for money and will be back if we are ever in kilrush. The service was friendly and I appreciate the extra broccoli!

03/09/2025: Chicken squish and foods pretty bland, we ordered a Tuesday night but the quality shouldn’t nose dive so dramatically at least use proper chicken instead of precooked Sysco rubbish and the prawn toast was on a baguette roll kinda part of the name it’d be toast

01/06/2025: We had Saba cater a confirmation party for us. The food was delicious (the crispy chilli chicken) and the service was seamless. Alan was so unobtrusive setting up the food. The whole process removed a lot stress for us. Everyone was raving about the food.

30/07/2025: Someone had recommended this place so thought I'd give it a try. Ordered the mix kebab meal to eat in and the owner even brought it to my table. Lovely meal but couldn't quite finish it, as much as I wanted do. Highly recommend but make sure you're hungry

01/09/2025: Going to the Tuk doesn't save you money. If you want to eat in, you pay more than getting a delivery. I have been there and they refused to give me my dish, since it was only takeaway. The meat is decen, but there is hardly any sauce and bigger pieces are just dry. Was there for a second time and again very disappointed. Save your money and go somewhere else...

26/04/2025: I ate here last Saturday 19th April with two others..... At a previous time before I ordered a starter of beef strips and nasi goreng for main course....the starter was absolutely ridiculous...I'd would have received more meat on a chicken Wing. However I decided to give it another try again as the quality of food was always excellent. This time starter was baby back ribs and received 3....surely 5 would be average My wife ordered the chicken wings and received 4... we would have expected 5-6 I believe I paid €9.50 for the ribs which was absolutely ridiculous My wife was very disappointed with the quantity of wings received also. Main course was sizzling beef with fried rice and received what I would consider a very small portion of rice. My wife and I both ordered from the main menu not the early bird... and I would have expected more because of this. We were very disappointed with the meal and it being a firm favourite to go with the family occasionally. The staff were lovely and professional and the quality of the food is excellent but sadly I feel that the quantity has reduced dramatically much to my disappointment.... Unfortunately I will be going elsewhere in future....
