10/10/2024: Booked last minute from the way phone reservations were coming in I guess we were really lucky to get in.
Food was amazing the Surf and Turf sublime great price point for quality of food and service first visit and definitely won't be the last.
We have eaten in a lot of Michelin star restaurants around the world @la colombe in SA and this was up there with that and @Chez Hans Cashel and @Cashelpalace and this restaurant is up there with the best 👌

Friendly fast service with a smile. Moderate
prices and full bar facilities in very pleasant surroundings.
Relaxed atmosphere although quite busy.
Recommended.

07/09/2024: Best pub and Nenagh, with very friendly staff, James is a gentleman, generous space both inside and outside with all sorts of nook and crannies. Live music, sport channels on various televisions. Full selection of lagers beers and of course the best Guinness and Nenagh, Rows and rows of whiskey and other spirits. And any gin combination you can think of. Don't frequent pubs very often but when I do this is the go to place for me.

12/10/2024: If you want a good atmosphere for somewhere to have a bite to eat, this is the place. With the outstanding service of the staff, the culinary skills of the chef and the chill atmosphere, this place is A big deal. Pricing wise, very affordable ranging from €10 to €15, depending on their specials. Pricing is accurate as you get a bang for your buck with the food they serve.
I would give it 10 out of 10 stars if google would let me.
Would recommend the Korean barbecue wrap, the meatballs(special) or the carbonara(special).
Keep up the savage work guys.
08/10/2024: Nice diner, tasty food for reasonable prices, friendly and helpful staff, good choice and variety of meals, all fresh. Berry smoothie was yummy.
You can build your own breakfast which is very good, they also do takeaways.
I definitely will be back to taste the goulash.

02/10/2024: Nice and clearly popular local eatery. Staff were attentive and warm. I got the carbonara. I'm a purist when it comes to this dish, so I'm none too keen on it feeling stodgy with cream and lacking in black pepper. But it was competent and satisfying. I'll definitely return to try other menu items.

Great National Abbey Court Hotel

15/10/2024: We stayed at the Abbey Court as we were attending an event in Nenagh.
All staff were attentive, friendly, and helpful - went the extra mile.
The room was clean, comfortable, and cosy. Everything worked, which is always a bonus.
The hotel is in a handy location for the town and easy access to local motorways.
14/10/2024: Went to the hotel on Monday for just some lunch passing through visiting a friend, we had excellent service from a girl who worked in the lobby area making coffee. She was so accommodating for us as we had our children with us, unfortunately I didn’t think of asking for her name. She sterilised my baby’s pacifier and gave us a pot of hot water to warm our babies bottles with. The atmosphere in the lobby was so nice with friendly staff all around. Huge thank you to the team in the Abbey Court !!! We had sandwiches and soup and both were delicious. Highly recommend this lobby coffee area.
