08/03/2026: For a short stay in Nenagh its by far the best venue and Joe and the team really look after all of their guests both in the Bar and Restaurant as well as their superbly appointed rooms.

16/11/2025: Love dropping in the few times a year we pass Nenagh to buy some GF treats for our daughter. Have not come across a cafe like it for Coeliacs in Ireland and to top it off, the baking is really top class. Love it.

Great National Abbey Court Hotel

16/03/2026: Stayed here for two days and have stayed before. Comfortable hotel with a nice atmosphere. The room was clean and comfortable, dining was good, and the staff were friendly throughout. Free parking was a big plus. Overall a very pleasant stay and I’d be happy to return.
16/03/2026: Visited for a conference midweek. A nice hotel which appeared to be really busy on the day with plenty of locals and people attending for conferences and training. The food was really good and fairly priced. Plenty of staff on hand to keep things running smoothly. I didn't stay over so cannot comment on the rooms.

10/12/2025: Excellent shop & owner... we went in & ordered 4 cheese burgers at only 3 Euros each. Unfortunately, the shop accept only cash. We struggled to pay as we only had cards. The owner said, it is ok, the burgers were on the house. He also threw in pizza with total cost of around 25 Euro - all free of charge. My children gobbled the food. We left the shop with tears in our eyes & warmth in our stomachs at the kindness shown to total strangers from Asia.
04/12/2025: Best pizza in Nenagh, hands down and honestly one of the best in all of Ireland.
The quality of the ingredients is outstanding: the tomato sauce comes straight from Italy, and the dough is absolute perfection.
I’ve tried the chips many times as well, and they’re always delicious.
Whether you live in Nenagh or are just passing through, this place is a must-try.

25/11/2025: We went in to celebrate My Nieces 15th Birthday, they were so accommodating and nice, we had brought a cake and they said they would bring it out at the end of the meal no issue.
We apologise for the tornado that is my 11 month old daughter, she made quite a mess but they were lovely about it.
Food was delicious 😋

The Castle Cafe coffee shop

19/08/2025: If you’re in Tralee, this is the bar you can’t miss. Start here, as you can then make your way into town and discover the other bars on the way down. Perfect starting place. The staff are friendly and welcoming and the clientele are the best Tralee has to offer. Great for watching a match or supporting the Rose of Tralee. Don’t skip it.
23/07/2025: I stay in tralee a lot for work and love the castle bar. Great place for watching sports. Great staff with lovely friendly mix of local folks and not so local like myself

30/10/2025: Had not been in Ryan's for many years so popped in whilst visiting Nenagh. What a great pub. Bright, interesting and friendly. Had a good pint, a nice chat and a nod from the locals. Highly recommended.

08/04/2026: Went to pepes holy Thursday with my friend. Had a lovely meal. Everything was great. Venue nice and warm. Staff were very attentive. We had pizza and pasta. It was delicious

17/12/2025: I popped into Cinnamon Alley in the morning after dropping my pup off at the vets next door. It was a handy pitstop for breakfast, which was soooo delicious that I came back later for lunch! Jill and the team were so welcoming and just absolutely lovely, making sure I had everything I needed. It's been a long time since I have eaten out somewhere where I was made feel this at home ❤️
