The best restaurants in Lismore

27/09/2025: The food here was excellent for the price. Everything was so fresh and made with care. You can tell the guy running the place cares about the quality and his customers. I will definitely stop by here again if I'm in town.

21/07/2025: I walked into Frank's Fryer a boy, and left a man with a large chips in hand. Frank's Fryer is a culinary landmark, a beacon of deliciousness in a world of ordinary food. The aroma alone is enough to make your mouth water. A symphony of sizzling juicy sausages, crispy golden chips, and the tantalizing scent of freshly fried everything. The pizzas are handmade to perfection, perfectly encapsulating the love and care the staff put into every meal. Speaking of staff there is a particularly dashing till boy working in there making it well worth a visit! All in all, after you come to Frank's all other food pales in comparison, truly the pinnacle of thousands of years of culinary evolution. 26/09/2025: Kinda weird. They sat us down in the dining room. An empty room, nobody was there. Took our drinks orders, gave us menus. We were ready to go. Then they told us the kitchen wasn’t open…

26/07/2025: Order here maybe once a month. Food arrives when they say it will, it's tasty. Lady on the phone is always pleasant. A great service when you're just not in the mood to cook.

14/07/2025: Partner has nut allergy and had reaction to food that has no nuts in it. Food hygiene must be improved. Simply NOT ACCEPTABLE.

31/07/2025: Chips were soggy box they were in was well wet in condensation I also asked for shredded honey chilli chicken the half arsed effort they made was terrible It was clearly shredded chicken in clear as day sweet and sour souce they clearly added honey and chilli oil to rice was clear 3 days old not yesterdays

24/07/2025: We used to be a regular to this place. The food was lovely and the price was fair. However, this place has gone downhill. Customer service is almost none. We went in on a quiet Thursday. On our way in, the waitress was already sleeping on the table. We didn't pay much attention at first. Then she made a comment while leading us to our table, saying "I'm so tired!". In a tone that implied we were a nuisance to her!! We ignored her, trying not to let that ruin our evening. She was very unattentive the whole time and was borderline rude on a few occassions. But we did enjoy the food, so we went back a few weeks later. The same staff again! She walked us to the table while still talking on WhatsApp. We don't need to be treated like royals but at least the minimum courtesy! We do feel very unwelcomed there. She might be the owner I don't know. If you don't want our business, we don't have to come back, honestly!
