So I ordered panini with chips for lunch. It was about €11/12 but my goodness it was worth every cent. If you can see my photos you'll see what I mean - a seriously full plate! 2 packed and very tasty paninis, a nice portion of chips, good portions of coleslaw and potato salad (both delicious), some rice, and a helping of salad too. My friend got a roll and he was very impressed too. There's no empty plate here upon service. Great food, great value and great taste and the ladies who work there are nice - would definitely return again.
Even if the toilets upstairs seriously need some improvement. Just the one toilet, the light doesn't work so if you need to be private and close the door you're sitting in the dark. Otherwise you're exposed to any passers by. Lucky them! And the chef sometimes sits at the front ... just sitting there looking grumpy. Oh well, if he continues making food that good I'm not going to complain.

19/01/2025: Used to be a firm favourite of mine, went there last night and was shocked by the price and over all quality of the food. The chicken/noodle soup - sliced chicken roll of some sort, possibly tinned! I won't go on about the rest, that say's it all to me, standards well below what used to be a great place to eat.

23/01/2025: Closed when we wanted: not a word about closure on their website, and nothing on their broken FB page, and they don't provide an email address.
21/11/2024: We had a lovely Sunday lunch, it was warm and cozy in the restaurant. The Irish stew and Roast dinner were both excellent. It was overall a nice experience. The food was hot and the Chef even came out to say hello! We will recommend to our Irish family and friends. Definitely a stop on our next visit.

13/02/2025: I did use this chinese takeaway alot but not anymore. Every time I went in there I was humiliated by the Irish woman behind the counter by her smart comments regarding my size and how they can employ someone like this is beyond me. The things she says is quiet hurtful and I need to bring it to the attention of other customers that may have been treated in a similar fashion. Its not on in this day and age. Even there was times I went in and she seemed drunk or high its hard to tell. I dont know why the owners put up with it but maybe they dont understand her or dont care either. I now use Tallow and at least I can get food without the humiliation as a side order.
Owners wake up and listen to your customers.
