01/10/2025: Very nice pub and hotel, very welcoming, a little noisy at the start of the evening but it's a pub, so it's all normal and that didn't cause us any problems.
17/09/2025: We had a beautiful meal, I got pulled beef, and it was lovely, my partner had, pan fried cod, and veg with mash potato, and she loved every bite of it, we had 2 lovely fresh desserts, and 2 proper coffees, Marie, (owner, manager) could do with being a bit more friendlier, but all other staff were, all so helpful and pleasant, you should ask, if you are late afternoon like us, as if any lunch time menu is available still, everything was clean, and I taught it was good value, looking forward to calling there again.

14/10/2025: SuperValu Baltinglass has been a disappointment for quite a while now. Their own-brand water hasn't been in stock for months, and I'm always left having to buy the overpriced premium stuff instead. Parking there is a nightmare, and trying to move a trolley around is just as bad — it feels more like a social hangout than a shop. Half the time I'm waiting for the cashier to finish chatting before I can even be served. They've been getting away with this for too long, but once Lidl opens, I think they're in for a serious wake-up call.

I had an incredible experience at this restaurant. The food was flavorful, fresh, and perfectly prepared — every dish felt crafted with real passion. The service was warm and attentive from start to finish, and the atmosphere made the whole visit even more enjoyable.

09/11/2025: Absolutely disgusting, ordered pizza and chip, they said 15 minutes, a hour later I got it, pizza stone cold, chips were like mash, squeeze one and oil drips out.
Ask to either re heat pizza or new one.
They said can't do that we busy..
Stay away from here if you want a decent meal..
28/09/2025: Just had a pizza chips and chicken it was unreal. Everything was delicious 😋 so fresh and taste. The two girls at front of house are so friendly and chatty. And it was great to see George (The boss) behind the counter. The new interior is fab so clean and fresh. Top quality food and atmosphere.

26/06/2025: I paid a visit to to this cafe while passing through the town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I ordered a toasted chicken and stuffing sandwich which arrived promptly and was delicious. I would highly recommend this cafe
