01/10/2025: Very nice pub and hotel, very welcoming, a little noisy at the start of the evening but it's a pub, so it's all normal and that didn't cause us any problems.

04/12/2025: Like germaines, food is always good, I would love to go in more but I can't stand the loud music blaring, theirs no need for it to be that loud, no one minds a bit of back ground music but it's ridiculous, you can't even chat to anyone at your table with the noise, was meeting up with 6 friends for food and a catch up a few weeks ago, we walked out and had to go across the road to horans and had a lovely meal and evening laughing and chatting

28/11/2025: Take away pizzas - don’t bother. Tasteless pizza margheritas . Hardly any cheese on them and when I asked for extra cheese and garlic dips I got a curt “no” . Won’t be back.
09/11/2025: Absolutely disgusting, ordered pizza and chip, they said 15 minutes, a hour later I got it, pizza stone cold, chips were like mash, squeeze one and oil drips out.
Ask to either re heat pizza or new one.
They said can't do that we busy..
Stay away from here if you want a decent meal..

26/06/2025: I paid a visit to to this cafe while passing through the town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I ordered a toasted chicken and stuffing sandwich which arrived promptly and was delicious. I would highly recommend this cafe
