A very pleasant, quiet place with attentive, pleasant, and polite staff. Delicious food.

I was visiting cork at the start of Feb and had breakfast. I have to say it was one of the nicest breakfast I’ve had out in a LONG time! The staff were super friendly and they were super accommodating to swap out items, it was also cook perfectly and tasted really delicious. It’s very hard these days to find a breakfast that tastes nicer than you would cook at home! Oh and the coffee was also really good! Highly recommend!

I went for brunch and the experience was excellent. I ordered the Eggs Benedict and they were perfectly prepared: the eggs were cooked just right, the hollandaise sauce was creamy and well balanced, and the bacon had a great texture. The bread was nicely toasted and sturdy, which really makes a difference with this dish. The service was outstanding. Fran looked after me and was attentive, friendly, and very professional throughout. You can tell when someone genuinely cares, and it really enhances the overall experience. I will definitely be back. Highly recommended for brunch in Cork.

Had a fantastic breakfast here recently - very busy on build up to Christmas. Eggs Benedict was fantastic - really good quality bacon & well cooked & excellent bread. Americanos can't be faulted - very nice roast used.

I came here today with my daughter and grandson, I have to say food was superb , got 2 lots of chicken curry and burger and chips for small one. The food and the men serving was amazing . The owner is very friendly to . The girl bringing the drinks had a lovely nature. Will be going back . Prices are so good to , nice to get quality that don't over charge . That's what people want when going out . Well done

I was in the mood for pancakes and my wife wanted eggs. The sign at the front said American pancakes so I was sold on the idea. I like my pancakes and if they are made American style the better. I ordered tea and if you are ever in Ireland tea is definitely a staple in many breakfast places. When we got the food, my tea was amazing but I was disappointed with the pancakes. In the USA and Canada the pancakes are flat but fluffy and always delicious. The pancakes at 14a restaurant and small but thick and fluffy and don't taste as good as a flat pancake. In this case, the pancakes took away from my eating experience. My wife ordered the full Irish breakfast. She enjoy the food but there a few smaller items on her plate that were not as appetizing as she expected. Overall our experience is a solid 4 star rating. One thing that we liked is that the pricing is very reasonable and the main man there is personable and very welcoming to the clients. We will definitely be back to try other food groups here. Till then, look after yourselves. 😀

Very nice place to eat. Myself and my 12 year old came here for dinner. Chose the lasagne and the chicken breast, avocado burger. Very tasty food and good prices. Overall came to approx £50 for 2 x meals, 2 x drinks and 2 x desserts. Would like to come back if we are in Cork again

Excellent service. Pleasant atmosphere. I had breakfast and was satisfied. I recommend it.
