360 Cookhouse in Dungarvan

We had a fabulous experience at this restaurant a few days ago. (May 2025) My husband and I were looking for a dog-friendly place to have lunch and I had read some positive reviews ahead of time. We had no reservation but had no problem getting a table and we received the warmest of welcomes with our golden retriever. I assumed that we would be sitting outside but we were shown to a gorgeous covered outdoor area through the restaurant. It was really comfortable and warm with a great atmosphere. The staff were exceptional and very attentive and provided us with a water bowl for the dog straight away. We ordered some tapas items from the menu- calamari, chicken wings, pork belly taco and patatas bravas which were all delicious. I felt it was reasonably priced for the quality of the food and I would definitely recommend 360 cookhouse without hesitation. The thing we were most impressed by was how dog friendly it was as often you will see on a restaurant website that it is when really you have to sit outside with little shelter so this place was a real gem in that sense. Will be back again.

Giving it a five star as the food was delicious. If I had one criticism it's that the burger is a bit too big, however the flavour is great especially the burger sauce.

11 of us & the dog went for Easter Sunday lunch. Fab food, lovely atmosphere, great service!

The food is absolutely delicious. Cosy atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended!

Excellent food and service. ....Only crib I would have is that, when drinks are being served, they can often be served one at a time by hand from the bar and long neck bottles are often being held by the very top of the neck of the bottle as they are handed over to the customer.

We had dinner booked for 7.30, we arrived at 7.20, we received a warm and friendly welcome by a lovely front of house/waitress, we were asked to take a seat at the bar, as our table was not ready, which was fine, she said we can order a drink at the bar, nobody came near us to ask for a drink order. The service was poor from then on in, unfortunately. We had to wait a long time for our courses, we didn't get our starters until 8.40 The staff kept apologising for the wait, we didn't get finished up until near 10.00 Overall, the food we got was absolutely amazing, could not fault the food. A pity about the service.

Food ranged from grand to good. Service was terrible. Sat at the bar while waiting on table (no problem with that) but no drink order taken. When seated starters took an hour to arrive. We had ordered bread for the table it arrived with the delayed starters. Mains took another 35-40mins. Wouldn’t be back.

A group of 24 of us had dinner here last night. The lay out of the tables set the tone for a great evening. The Amuse Bouche to start was a delicious soup and the main starters were a series of tapas to share, including prawn spring rolls, patatas bravas with beef and hummus. All were very good but the spring rolls were the best I have ever had. Main courses all went down very well. The chicken was cooked to perfection - tender and accompanied by a delicious cream mustard sauce. A request for extra sauce was sorted immediately. Dauphinoise potatoes were creamy and perfectly cooked. A much appreciated break before dessert brought fabulous fruit cheesecake. Others had a chocolate mousse. All plates were empty. What more can I say? The staff here really know how to look after diners. The restaurant was buzzing, even at 5.30pm and tables were turned with the least amount of fuss. The food here is 5 star. The staff are all interested in making the experience the very best. This was my first visit. It won't be too long before I dine again. Well done to all the staff who made this such a great experience for us.

Everyone in their party was very happy with their food. There was a good range of options including vegan and veggie dishes and tapas for those who weren't so hungry. There was a nice Buzz, particularly given it was a Sunday night in November. The staff were friendly and helpful. If I was to nitpick, the wine list was not very extensive and the chairs were not the most comfortable I've ever sat in. Overall though it was excellent.
