What an incredible spot! 37 Dawson Street in Dublin is an absolute gem. Stylish and full of character. The highlight of our visit was definitely Adam the bartender. His knowledge of Irish whiskeys was unmatched. He walked us through several varieties, explaining the subtle differences and helping us find the perfect pour. You can tell he’s truly passionate about what he does. Between the atmosphere, the service, and the expertly crafted drinks, it was a dram good time indeed! Highly recommend stopping by for anyone who appreciates great whiskey and even better company. 🥃

Had a absolute epic time with my friends thanks to Adam the barman. We came looking for a whiskey tasting and despite it not being on the menu, he conjured up a magical whiskey flight and took us through the history of whiskey making in Ireland, the whiskey of each of the various brands as well as the techniques behind each brand and what made them special. This should absolutely be offered on the menu and had it not been for Adam, we would most likely not have spent the amount of time there that we did.

Clara was amazing, accommodating, flexible and helpful. Great spot for team night out.

This is a bit late but here I am now. I celebrated my 28th birthday in this beautiful place. The owner and some of the staff who was assigned to take care of my party, surprised me with a birthday card and gift. I was amazed how the place treated me, especially one person “Clara” ( I hope I took her name right since I was a bit drunk that night). Clara was super friendly and ready to help me on every bits. I had an unforgettable birthday thanks to 37Dawson Street, so thank you guys.

Hi Guys I felt I needed to thank you so much for a providing a first class late evening venue, I popped into cab and arrived at 37 Dawson Street and from the door staff right through to the outstanding friendly every efficient bar staff and of course the wonderful DJ and fabulous music he was playing, it was a fantastic evening, Even the upkeep of the toilet area is second to none ! Keep up the outstanding work, I wouldn’t change one thing, it’s perfect to me Kind regards Brian

37 Dawson Street is one of my favourite spots in Dublin. The atmosphere is always lively, the décor is unique, and there’s a great buzz no matter what night you go. The cocktails are excellent, the food is consistently good, and the staff are friendly and professional. It’s the kind of place that works just as well for a night out with friends as it does for a couple of drinks after work. Always a reliable choice on Dawson Street.

Been at 37 dawson street a few times, today was the first time to have been served by Tomasz, fantastic bar tender, great venue.

Amazing set up here. We visited for a few drinks before our meal when it was a very relaxed, chilled out setting. Staff very attentive and cocktails served quick. We even returned after our meal for more drinks where the atmosphere was much livelier, great music and all around fantastic buzz

Lugar encantador para tomar algo con amigos. Fuimos a mitad de semana, buen ambiente y un DJ tocando buena música. El lugar es hermoso, con una decoración peculiar en todo. Personal muy amable y servicial. Mi chaqueta faltaba al final de la noche y no se encontró. Me puse en contacto con el equipo de bienes perdidos que muy rápidamente se ocupó del problema. Sin duda recomendaría este bar para una noche divertida y volveré allí pronto 😀 A. Murray
