Small takeaway coffee booth on Malahide's main street. Lovely people behind the counter and good coffee make for a winning formula. If you want to have a bit of a sit-down they have some tables outside on the pavement, too.

I went to A Dó last week with a friend of mine and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I ordered the salmon bagel, just a few minutes before the kitchen closed (i was starving😭) - the staff were so accommodating and kind! The bagel was delicious and the coffee was super! The best cafe i’ve been to in Malahide.

The best coffee shop in Malahide. The staff are top tier. Baristas like Darragh make every trip to A Dó an absolute delight. Even the local dogs rush to the counter for a scratch and a treat! 10/10

I’ve been going to a Dó for years and never had a bad experience. Lovely coffee and DELICIOUS almond croissant!!! Consistently friendly staff too.

21/03/2026: First time trying this cafe, as every time I have passed before could not gain entry due to how popular it is 😊 Went on a quieter weekday lunch time and had ham & cheese toastie with a white coffee. My friend had veggie burrito and an iced matcha latte. Food is hearty and coffee is good . Staff friendly indoor and some outdoor seating available also. Good veggie and vegan options.

Ribeye Steakhouse

10/07/2026: Went to Ribeye for my birthday, service was very friendly and quick. Beef was delicious and perfectly cooked and lovely cocktails. We really enjoyed and will definitely come back☺️
26/06/2026: Went on father's day, travelling 1.5 hrs, only a set menu available which wasn't made very clear when booking, key ingredients missing (the dish was ordered because they were supposed to be in it) staff were super friendly and gave us extra sides in lieu of missing ingredients. Food in general was decent but not wow and certainly doesn't match the €240 for 4. Would not be back in a hurry.
